摘要
由革兰阳性菌和阴性菌引起的细菌感染是院内和社区最常见疾病之一,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。抗菌药广泛用于对付各种细菌感染,但是由于抗菌药的不恰当使用甚至滥用,细菌对这类药物的耐药性正在急剧上升,故开发新型抗菌药迫在眉睫。羟肟酸衍生物具有包括抗菌在内的多种生物活性,引起了药物化学家的广泛关注。本文综述了近年来羟肟酸杂合体在抗菌领域的研究进展,为今后进一步开发活性更高的候选物提供指导。
Bacterial infection,caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens,is one of the most common diseases in hospital and community and is associated with high morbidity and mortality.Antibacterial agents are the cornerstone for the treatment of bacterial infections,but bacterial resistance is rising rapidly due to the inappropriate use and even abuse of antibacterial agents,creating an urgent need to develop new antibacterial agents.Hydroxamic acid derivatives exhibit broad-spectrum biological properties including antibacterial activity and are of great interests to medicinal chemists.This review covers the recent advances of hydroxamic acid hybrids with antibacterial potential,which may lay a foundation for the further development of more active candidates in the future.
