紧急二段阀跃升压力对列车纵向冲动的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用列车空气制动与纵向动力学仿真系统针对120/120-1阀紧急二段阀跃升压力对列车制动距离和车钩力影响开展仿真研究,研究结果表明在本文研究的紧急二段阀跃升压力范围内,紧急二段跃升压力对列车制动距离影响较小,制动距离变化不大于3.4%,对2万t组合列车影响大于对单编列车的影响;对车钩力影响较大,最大车钩力变化达23.2%,紧急二段阀跃升压力越高车钩力越大,对单编列车影响大于对组合列车的影响,单编列车越短车钩力变化率越大。该工作为制动阀正向设计提供参考。 This paper uses the train air braking and longitudinal dynamics simulation system to study the impact of 120/120-1 valve emergency two-stage valve jump pressure on the train stop distance and coupler force.The results show that,within the range of the jump pressure of the emergency two-stage valve,the impact of the emergency two-stage valve jump pressure on the train stop distance is small and the change of the stop distance is not more than 3.4%.The impact on the 20000 t combined train is greater than on the single train.It has a greater impact on the coupler force and the maximum changes in coupler force reaches 23.2%.The higher the jump pressure of emergency two-stage valve,the greater the coupler force.The impact on single train is greater than on combined train.The shorter the single train,the greater the coupler force change rate.This work provides a reference for the forward design of the vehicle brake valve.
