基于心脾相关理论探讨天王补心丹的临床和基础研究进展

To discuss the clinical and basic research progress of Tianwang Buxin Dan based on the theory of heart and spleen

天王补心丹作为中医学滋养安神方之代表,被广泛应用于神经精神系统疾病的治疗中。但随着临床研究的不断积累与拓宽,发现天王补心丹在消化系疾病的治疗中同样能发挥优良效用。本文从中医经典心脾理论出发,着重探讨天王补心丹在神经、心血管、消化系统疾病中的临床和基础研究进展,以期为进一步研究与开发天王补心丹打开思路、提供参考。

Tianwang Buxin Dan,as a representative of nourishing and calming the gods in traditional Chinese medicine,has been widely used in the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases.But with the continuous accumulation and broadening of clinical research,it is found that Tianwang Buxin Dan can also play a good role in the treatment of digestive diseases.Based on the classical heart and spleen theory of traditional Chinese medi cine,this paper focuses on the clinical and basic research pro gress of Tianwang Buxin Dan in the treatment of neurological,cardiovascular and digestive diseases,in order to open up ideas and provide reference for further research and development of Tianwang Buxin Dan.
