中医治疗糖尿病足的研究进展

糖尿病足是糖尿病常见的一种并发症。糖尿病患者的血糖若长期得不到有效的控制,可出现周围神经病变及外周血管病变,引起一系列的足部问题,如足部溃疡、感染等。糖尿病足是导致糖尿病患者截肢(趾)的最主要原因。因此,有效治疗糖尿病足至关重要。本文就中医治疗糖尿病足的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床上治疗本病提供参考依据。

Diabetic foot is a common complication of diabetes mellitus.If the blood sugar of diabetic patients is not effectively controlled for a long time,peripheral neuropathy and peripheral vascular disease may occur,causing a series of foot problems,such as foot ulcers,infections,etc.Diabetic foot is the leading cause of toe amputation in diabetic patients.Therefore,effective treatment of diabetic foot is crucial.This article reviews the research progress of the treatment of diabetic foot by traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of diabet ic foot.
