摘要
目的本研究基于预定、客观标准,使用最优测试集合法(OTA),开发和验证良性前列腺增生特异模块简化版。方法首先分别删除信息重叠和因子载荷较低的条目,形成条目数为12的初步简版(SPD-12)。然后通过因子分析验证SPD-12的单维性假设,并拟合项目反应理论模型。在固定条目数的情况下,OTA方法根据最大精确度确定了每个长度的候选简版,并根据预定标准选择最终简表。结果选择了一个条目为7的简化版本(SPD-7)。SPD-7的Cronbachα为0.854。SPD-7与SPD-12的总分和因子得分相关性均较高,相关系数分别为0.954、0.969。结论与SPD-12相比,SPD-7是一个测量信息量损失最小的最短简化版本。尽管OTA是通过客观、预定标准来选择良性前列腺增生特异模块最终简版,但仍需要进一步验证OTA方法,以便在健康研究中被广泛使用。
Objective The aim of this study was to use optimal test assembly(OTA)methods to develop and validate a short-form benign prostatic hyperplasia specific module based on objective and predetermined criteria.Methods Firstly,the items with overlapping information and low factor load were deleted respectively,and then the preliminary simplified version of 12 items(SPD-12)was formed.Then the SPD-12 unidimensionality was verified using factor analysis,and an item response theory model was fit.With a fixed number of items,the OTA methods determined the candidate short-form for each length based on maximally precise and selected the final short-form based on the predetermined criteria.Results A 7-item short form(SPD-7)was selected with Cronbachαbeing 0.854.The SPD-7 had high correlations with total scoreand factor score of the SPD-12,with correlation coefficients being 0.954 and 0.969,respectively.Conclusion The SPD-7is the shortest simplified form with the least loss of test information when compared to the SPD-12.Although OTA methods have been used to shorten the benign prostatic hyperplasia specific module based on objective and predetermined criteria,it also need further verifications for OTA program using in broader health research.
