新冠疫情背景下居民对互联网医疗平台的需求现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Residents′Demands for Internet Medical Platforms in the Context of COVID-19

目的了解居民对互联网医疗的需求现状及影响因素,对互联网医疗平台的发展提出合理建议。方法2020年6月1日-2020年8月31日,针对居民对互联网医疗的需求及使用满意度展开研究,利用问卷星平台对山东、浙江、山西、河南、云南、贵州六个省份的居民进行线上问卷调查收集数据。利用统计图表对居民的基本信息和使用互联网医疗的现状进行描述分析,采用逐步logistic回归和因子分析对影响居民是否使用互联网医疗及满意度的因素进行探索分析。结果所调查的3459人中,有1359人使用过互联网医疗,占比39.29%;使用互联网医疗的人中对互联网平台较为满意的占56.29%;使用在线预约、挂号、医院医生查找和支付功能的居民均在45%以上;53.27%的居民认为目前互联网医疗仍旧存在运营体系不健全的问题;47.53%的居民仍旧较为依赖传统医疗,成为互联网医疗发展的最大阻碍;年龄、家庭住址类型、文化程度、职业、疫情期间居住地风险程度、健康状况、对传统医疗的依赖程度、平均体检周期成为影响居民是否使用互联网医疗的因素(P<0.05)。结论在新冠疫情的特殊背景下,互联网医疗发挥了重要作用,居民需求不断增长,满意度较高;但目前传统医疗依旧占据主要地位,同时互联网医疗平台仍旧存在缺陷,需要进一步加大投入建设,进行改革。

Objective In order to study the residents′demands and satisfaction with the usage of internet medical services,to reflect the residents′demand for internet medical services,potential demanding functions and existing problems,and to evaluate the current situation of internet medical services and give reasonable suggestions.Methods From June 1,2020 to August 31,2020,using the questionnaire star platform in Shandong,Yunnan,Guizhou,Henan,Shanxi,Zhejiang,the residents of the six provinces take part in the online questionnaire survey,using statistical charts for the basic information of the residents and use the internet to the present situation of the medical information description analysis,using stepwise logistic regression and factor analysis to reflect whether people using the internet to explore factors analysis on medical and satisfaction.Results The data analysis showed that among the 3459 people in the survey,1359 people were using internet medical treatment,accounting for 39.29%,and 56.29%were satisfied with the internet platform.More than 45 percent people using online appointment,registration,hospital doctor search and payment functions.53.5%of the residents believe that the existing internet medical service operation system is still imperfect,and 47.5%of the residents still rely on traditional medical service,which has become the biggest obstacle to the development of internet medical service.Age,type of home address,education level,occupation,risk of residential address during the epidemic,health status,degree of dependence on traditional medical treatment,and average physical examination cycle are the factors that may influence residents′usage of internet medical treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the special situation of COVID-19,internet medical treatment plays an important role,greatly facilitating the life of grassroots residents,with increasing demand and high satisfaction.However,at present,traditional medical treatment still occupies a dominant position,while the internet medical platform still has defects,which requires further investment in construction and reform.
