不同椅背倾角下的午睡姿势对人体脊柱曲度的影响

摘要 为探讨不同办公椅靠背倾角下的午睡姿势对人体脊柱曲度和舒适度的影响,结合使用惯性动作捕捉和主观舒适度评价法,量化了趴睡、斜靠睡、躺睡3种午睡姿势下的人体脊柱屈曲/伸展程度和被试者主观舒适度。实验结果表明,被试者T9-T8、L1-T12、L5-S1锥体在趴睡时的锥体平均屈曲程度(11.55°、7.61°和16.97°)显著大于斜靠睡(9.69°、4.94°和11.69°),躺睡的平均屈曲程度最小(7.88°、2.73°和6.23°)。被试者L3-L4锥体在斜靠睡和躺睡姿势下向后伸展,且斜靠睡姿势下的平均伸展角度(-0.68°)小于趴睡时的平均屈曲角度(1.79°)。说明躺睡相较于趴睡和斜靠睡,更有利于T9-T8、L1-T12、L5-S1锥体维持正常的脊柱生理曲度。斜靠睡相较于躺睡和趴睡,更有利于L3-L4锥体维持正常的脊柱生理曲度,而趴睡对脊柱维持正常的脊柱生理曲度最为不利。 In order to explore the influence of siesta postures under different backrest inclination angles on human spine curvature and comfort,the combined method of inertial motion capture and subjective comfort evaluation was used to quantify the flexion/extension of spine and subject’s subjective comfort under the siesta postures of prone,reclining,and lying.The results showed that the average cone flexion degree of T9-T8,L1-T12,and L5-S1 cones in prone sleeping(11.55°,7.61°,16.97°)was significantly greater than that in reclining sleep(9.69°,4.94°,11.69°),and the mean flexion degree of lying down was the smallest(7.88°,2.73°,6.23°).The L3-L4 cones extended backward in both reclining and lying sleeping positions,and the average extension angle in the reclining sleeping position(-0.68°)was smaller than the average flexion angle in the prone sleeping position(1.79°).Therefore,lying down is more conducive to maintaining the normal spinal physiological curvature of the T9-T8,L1-T12,and L5-S1 cones than sleeping at table or reclining sleeping position.Compared with lying down and sleeping at table,reclining sleeping position is more conducive to maintaining the normal physiological curvature of the L3-L4 cone.Sleeping at table is the most adverse posture for spine to maintain normal physiological curvature of the spine.
