660MW级双水内冷汽轮发电机关键技术开发及验证

摘要 双水内冷发电机具有绕组温度低、无氢爆和转子匝间短路风险、一次投资少和运维成本低的优点,但因受限于转子嵌线工艺和转子线规,其最大容量长期被限制在350MW容量等级。为了突破双水内冷发电机的容量限值,并将汽轮发电机的最新先进技术融入新一代产品,制造厂突破了诸多关键技术,研制了QFS型660MW级双水内冷发电机。该型发电机的型式试验以及运行的实测数据都与设计数据吻合,证明了QFS型660MW级双水内冷发电机具有优良的性能。该型发电机经增容改造后,额定出力可达700MW,经试验验证,证明了该产品设计的可靠性。 The double water inner-cooled generator has the advantages of low winding temperature, no risk of hydrogen explosion and rotor turn-to-turn short circuit,low one-time investment and low operating cost. However,its capacity is not able to exceed 350MW for years, due to the limitation of rotor wire embedding process and rotor wire gauge. In order to break through the capacity limit of double water inner-cooled generator and integrate the latest advanced technology of turbine generator into the new generation products, the manufacturer has applied many key technologies and successfully developed QFS 660MW class double water inner-cooled generator. The measured data of the type test and field operation are consistent with the design data, which proves that QFS 660MW class double water inner-cooled generator has excellent performance. The rated output of the generator reaches 700MW after capacity expansion, proving it is a reliable design by the proof tests.
