摘要
为改善牵引电动机传动端轴承的受力情况,设计一种用于传动齿轮内置结构的交流牵引电动机传动端压圈。按照标准《GB/T21563-2008轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》,通过有限元分析方法,对该压圈进行了强度、刚度校核计算及模态分析,并通过优化迭代,设计出强度、刚度和模态都满足电动机运行要求的压圈结构。
In order to improve the force condition of the traction motor drive end bearings, an AC traction motor drive end pressure ring for the built-in structure of the drive gear is designed. According to the standard "GB/T 21563-2008 Railway applications-Rolling stock equipment-shock and vibration tests", the strength & stiffness check calculation and modal analysis of the pressure ring are carried out by the finite element analysis method as well as the optimization iteration, the design of the pressure ring structure with the satisfied strength, stiffness and mode to meet with the requirements of motor operation.
