摘要
针对一款变频运行电机第一台样机交付用户调试时,电机高频率运行过程中发生电流超标的问题,进行了Maxwell 2D有限元分析。通过采用异形导条和适当减少线圈匝数,来减少转子槽型槽口处漏电抗,并削弱整台电机的漏电抗,从而使电机在额定和高频率运行时,电机运行电流和其它性能数据符合现场要求。
Against the problem that motor’s current exceeding the standard value under the high frequency operation occurs during debugging the first prototype of the frequency-control by the customer, the Maxwell 2D finite element software is applied to perform the relative analysis.Leakage reactance at the slot of the rotor slot is decreased,and then, the leakage reactance of whole motor is weaken either by means of adopting special-shaped guide bars and appropriately reducing the number of coil turns, thus, making the operating current and other performance data of the motor meet the site requirements when operating under the rated and high frequency.
