摘要
对一种小型一体化电机进行了散热风道和风扇的仿真及优化。通过在风扇上方增加隔板的方式,改进了不合理的散热风道。通过增加下盘、增加叶片数量和叶片长度、增大叶片前倾角,对风扇叶形进行了优化。优化后,一体化电机的CPU温度降低了31.9℃,电机壳体温度降低了41.6℃。
Simulation and optimization on a kind of small integrated electrical motor cooling are performed.The unreasonable ventilation path is improved by adding a plate on the upside of fan. The fan blade shape is optimized by adding hub, increasing the number of blades and blade length, and increasing the front lean angle of blades. The temperature of CPU decreases 31.9 ℃ and the temperature of motor shell decreases 41.6 ℃ as well after the optimization.
