采用气相色谱仪-火焰光度检测器法对玫瑰花中有机磷农药残留的分析 被引量:1

摘要 选用固-液萃取技术,以乙腈为萃取液粗提玫瑰花中的甲拌磷、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷和对硫磷4种有机磷农药,并用丙酮和乙酸乙酯混合液为淋洗液精提。采用气相色谱仪-火焰光度检测器法(GC-FPD)对玫瑰花中4种有机磷农药残留量进行测定。结果表明,测定得到4种有机磷农药标准品标准曲线图线性关系良好,线性相关系数均>0.99,精密度均<1%,平均回收率为90.00%~109.90%,采用GC-FPD法测定玫瑰花中的甲拌磷、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷和对硫磷4种有机磷农药含量具有较高的准确度和精密度。 Solid liquid extraction technology was used to extract the organophosphorus pesticides from rose with acetonitrile as initial extraction liquid and the mixture of acetone and ethyl acetate as eluent. Organophosphorus pesticides include phorate, chlorpyrifos, malathion and parathion so that these four organophosphorus pesticide residues in rose were determined by gas chromatography flame photometric detector(GC-FPD). The results showed that the standard curves of four organophosphorus pesticide standards had a good linear relationship. The linear correlation coefficients were all above 0.99, the relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the average recovery rate was between 90.00%~109.90%. The determination of phorate, chlorpyrifos, malathion, parathion and carbophos in roses by GC-FPD has a high accuracy and precision.
