焚烧系统是为四氯乙烯生产装置配套设置的,其作用是将四氯乙烯生产中副产的高沸物高温焚烧为气体,并进行处理,达到国家允许排放的标准要求。分析了焚烧系统仪表(包括在线烟气分析仪、焚烧炉温度监测仪、火焰检测器、烟尘分析仪)应用中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。

The incineration system was a supporting facility for the tetrachloroethylene production unit.Its function was to incinerate the high-boiling substances produced in the production of tetrachloroethylene into gases at high temperature and treat these gases to meet the national emission standards.The problems existing in the application of instruments for incineration system were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.These instruments included:online flue gas analyzer,incinerator temperature monitor,flame detector,dust analyzer.
