膨胀制冷与活性炭吸附组合在双氧水氧化尾气环保治理上的应用

摘要 分析双氧水氧化尾气成分。介绍国内普遍采用的芳烃回收方法:冰机制冷法,活性炭吸附法,涡轮膨胀机制冷法。分析不同方案的优缺点。提出膨胀制冷与活性炭吸附法结合,回收氧化尾气中的芳烃,既节能又环保。 The composition of oxidation tail gas from hydrogen peroxide production is analyzed.The commonly methods of aromatics recovery used in China are introduced:freezing machine cooling,activated carbon adsorption,and turbine expansion machine cooling.The advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are analyzed.The combination of expansion refrigeration and activated carbon adsorption is proposed to recover aromatics from oxidation tail gas.This combination is both energy saving and environmental protection.
