摘要
介绍了氢气纯度在线分析仪在氢气系统的应用。与常规的氢气纯度分析方法燃烧法进行比较。通过市场调研、选型论证、取样点优化等工作,选用了ABB氢气纯度热导分析仪。上线应用后,既提高了电解后经处理的氢气纯度分析结果的准确性,又实现了实时氢气纯度在线监测,保障了氢气系统的安全运行。
The application of online hydrogen purity analyzer in hydrogen system is introduced.The online analyzer is compared with combustion method which is the conventional hydrogen purity analysis method.ABB hydrogen purity thermal conductivity analyzer was selected through market research,model selection demonstration,sampling point optimization and other work.After the online analyzer is applied,not only the analysis result accuracy of purity of the hydrogen,which is from electrolysis and has been treated,is improved,but also real-time online monitoring of hydrogen purity is realized,and thus the safe operation of the hydrogen system is ensured.
