摘要
行动学习有助于实现理论与实践的有机结合,梳理此领域研究对加强理论与实践的联系,拓展和深化行动学习相关研究具有重要意义。本文借助CiteSpace科学可视化软件,选取WebofScience核心数据库和CNKI数据库中以行动学习为主题的共581篇文献作为研究样本,基于聚类分析、关键词突现分析等展现该领域的全景、研究热点及方向。研究发现:(1)当前国内行动学习研究数量较少,整体呈上升趋势,但波动性较强。(2)关于行动学习研究国外主要集中在管理教育和护理学期刊,可分为三大主流研究领域:教育教学研究、团队管理研究及社会公共问题研究;国内主要集中在教育学和管理学期刊,可分为教学模式的探索研究、教师专业能力发展研究及创业行动学习研究。
Action learning is helpful to realize the combination of theories and practices.Sorting out the research in this field is significant to strengthen the connection between theories and practices,and expand and deepen the research related to action learning.With the help of CiteSpace scientific visualization software,this paper selects a total of 581 literatures with the theme of action learning from the core databases of Web of Science and CNKI as research samples,and presents the panorama,research hotspots and directions of this field based on a cluster analysis and a keyword emergence analysis.The research findings are as follows:①at present,the amount of action learning studies in China is small,and the overall trend is on the rise,but the volatility is strong.②the research on action learning abroad mainly focuses on management education and nursing journals,which can be divided into three mainstream research areas,namely,education and teaching,team management and social public issues.In China,it mainly concentrates on journals of education and management,which can be divided into the exploration of the teaching model,the development of teachers’professional abilities and the research of entrepreneurial action learning.
