摘要
针对港口皮带机配煤比例在线监控的问题,提出一种基于控制图理论的比例控制图算法。首先对于特征数据参数已知和未知的情况分别设计统计量,计算两类情况下比例控制图的性能参数ARL和SDRL,进行对比分析,确定参数未知情况下的适用性。然后提出一套以该比例控制图算法为基础的自动化港口配煤工艺流程。最后将该套理论应用在皮带机配煤的仿真实验中。结果表明,基于比例控制图算法的皮带机配煤比监测方法有较好的灵敏性和实际可操作性,能够对煤炭配比过程失控和均值偏移的情况做出快速有效的反应。
Aiming at the on-line monitoring for the coal blending ratio of port belt conveyors,a ratio control chart algorithm based on control chart theory was proposed. Firstly,statistics were designed for two cases of the characteristic parameters known and unknown,and the performance parameters ARL and SDRL of the ratio control chart were calculated and compared to determine the applicability when the parameters were unknown. Then based on this ratio control chart,the new coal blending technological process for automatic port was proposed. Finally,this methodology was applied to the simulation experiment for the coal blending of the belt conveyor. The results show that when the process is out of control,this kind of ratio control chart has good sensitivity and practical operability for detecting the process shift.
