摘要
为评估地铁站务员在现有排班制度下的疲劳风险,基于池田敏久的作业疲劳评价方法构建了站务员排班疲劳评价模型。针对北京地铁站务的实际情况,利用问卷量表和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对模型进行了适应性修正,得到了评价模型中的系数取值。以北京地铁2号线西直门站站务员为实例分析对象,采用日本产业卫生学会研制的《疲劳症状自评量表》对站务员排班疲劳评价模型的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,站务员的主观疲劳变化情况与改进的疲劳评价模型计算结果具有相关性。研究结果证明了所建立的评价方法可行有效。
In order to evaluate the fatigue risk of subway station staff under the current scheduling system,a fatigue evaluation method for the subway station staff was worked out. This method was based on the work fatigue evaluation method of Akira Ikeda and modified by questionnaire scale and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to adapt to the actual situation of Beijing station. Finally,taking station staff of Xizhimen station of line 2 as an example,the validity of fatigue evaluation method for station staff was verified by using《fatigue symptom self-rating scale》developed by journal of occupational health. The results show that the subjective fatigue variation of station staff is correlated with the results of modified fatigue evaluation model analysis,which indicates that the fatigue evaluation method is feasible and effective.
