钛合金铸件壳体裂纹缺陷检测和分析

摘要 钛合金铸件作为一种高强度轻合金在航空航天领域应用越来越多。某批次钛合金铸件壳体焊接组件打压后,在电子束环焊缝热影响区产生了裂纹。通过各个阶段的无损检测和金相检测,对裂纹进行了分析和研究,确定了裂纹缺陷的成因。研究结果为避免钛合金壳体组件再次出现裂纹缺陷,提出了解决方案。 As a kind of high strength light alloy, titanium alloy-casting is used more and more in the field of aeronautics and astronautics. However, after a batch of titanium alloy castings shell welding components were pressed,cracks were found in the heat affected zone of the electron beam girth weld. Through non-destructive testing and metallographic inspection at various stages, the causes of the cracks are defined by analyzing and studying. A method is proposed to solve the problem that the re-occurrence of crack defects in titanium alloy shell components.
