摘要
根据2017年8月在南黄海辐射沙洲采集的浮游植物样品,研究了浮游植物的种类组成、优势种、丰度、物种多样性、相似性,并结合环境因子探讨了浮游植物的群落特征。结果表明:共鉴出浮游植物43种,优势种为菱形海线藻(Thalssionema nitzschiodes)、环纹娄氏藻(Lauderia annulata)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum);浮游植物细胞丰度为0.11×10^(4)~5.04×10^(4)cells/m^(3);Shannon-Wiener多样性指数介于0.60~1.79,Pielou均匀度指数介于0.16~0.48,Margalef丰富度指数介于0.94~3.56;相似性指数处于0~0.60,生境相似度不高。
Based on the samples of phytoplankton collected in radial sandbar in the South Yellow Sea, China, in Aug. 2017, the species composition, dominant species, abundance, species diversity and community similarity were studied, and the community characteristics of phytoplankton were analyzed in combination with environmental factors. Results showed that a total of 43 species was identified. Thalssionema nitzschiodes, Lauderia annulata, Skeletonema costatum were the dominant species. Phytoplankton density was ranged from 0.11×10^(4) cells/m^(3) to 5.04×10^(4) cells/m^(3);Shannon-Weiner Diversity Index was ranged from 0.60 to 1.79;Pielou Evenness Index was ranged from 0.16 to 0.48;Margalef Richness Index was ranged from 0.94 to 3.56;Community Similarity Index was ranged from 0 to 0.60. The habitat heterogeneity of radial sandbar in the South Yellow Sea was not high.
