非常规低压部件导致整车辐射超标整改案例 被引量:1

摘要 某款纯电动汽车按照GB 34660-2017要求进行整车窄带发射测试时,有多点尖峰超标。通过缩小排查范围及结合远近场测试的方法,定位到超标源并非是常见的易引起类似超标现象的低压零部件,且通过剖析超标源的工作原理,也并非典型的晶振、时钟干扰。该文系统地介绍了排查整改的全过程,分析了干扰产生的机理,提出在控制板天线芯片输出管脚直接增加电阻的整改措施,并通过限制天线发射功率来抑制干扰,整改措施易于实现且裕量充足,为量产化实施提供支持。 When a pure electric vehicle was tested for narrowband emission of the whole vehicle GB 34660-2017,it was found that there were multiple spikes exceeding the standard.By narrowing the troubleshooting scope and combining the far-field and near-field tests,it was found that the exceeding standard source was not a common low-voltage component that was easy to cause similar exceeding the standard.By analyzing the working principle of the exceeding standard source,it was not a typical crystal oscillator or clock interference.This paper systematically introduces the whole process of troubleshooting and rectification,analyzes the mechanism of interference,and proposes to directly increase the resistance at the output pin of the antenna chip of the control board,and suppress interference by limiting the transmit power of the antenna,which is easy to achieve and has sufficient margin,and finally mass production.
