摘要
低温等离子体处理技术作为一种非热灭菌方法在食品杀菌保鲜行业中具有广泛的应用前景。但是该技术在产业化应用过程中,出现了放电效率低、处理范围小、处理能力低等问题。利用大功率电感耦合等离子体电源技术和等离子体“远区”处理技术可以有效降低处理电压,扩大处理对象的直径范围。利用自研的GY-LXD-01在线低温等离子体保鲜生产线对草莓、枇杷和荸荠进行保鲜处理,经检测,实验组的菌落总数明显低于对照组,保鲜效果得到验证。
Low temperature plasma treatment technology,as a non-thermal sterilization method,is of a broad application prospect in the food sterilization and preservation industry.However,in the process of industrial application of this technology,problems such as low discharge efficiency,small processing range and low processing capacity have emerged.In this paper,the high-power inductively coupled plasma power supply technology and the plasma“far zone”treatment technology were used to effectively reduce the treatment voltage,expand the diameter range of the treated object,and the GY-LXD-01 online low-temperature plasma preservation line was used to preserve the grass berries,loquats,and water chestnuts.After detection,the total number of colonies in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the control group,and the preserving effect was verified.
