对IEC轨道交通串联式混合动力系统标准的研究

摘要 文章对IEC 62864-1:2016《轨道交通机车车辆车载储能系统第一部分串联式混合动力系统》、IEC 61377:2016《轨道交通机车车辆牵引系统组合试验方法》和IEC 61133:2016《轨道交通机车车辆机车车辆投入使用前的试验》之间的内在关联和层次结构关系进行了研究。IEC 61377:2016主要涉及牵引系统组合试验方法,未涵盖由储能系统供电的牵引系统,试验场地是地面试验台;IEC 61133:2016主要涉及机车车辆的试验方法,对由储能系统供电的机车车辆试验方法也不够详尽,IEC 62864-1:2016主要是填补以上空白,既规定了混合动力系统的配置,又规定了在地面组合试验台和机车车辆上开展的试验项目及方法。文章同步详细分析了IEC 62864-1:2016的系统电源配置、环境条件、功能和系统要求及试验项目,为IEC标准实施及制定我国国家标准提供指导借鉴。 This paper illustrated the correlations and hierarchical structure among IEC 662864-1:2016,Railway applications-Rolling stock-Power supply with onboard energy storage system-Part 1:Series hybrid system,IEC 61377:2016,Railway applications-Rolling stock-Combined test method for traction systems and IEC 61133:2016,Railway applications–Rolling stock–Testing of rolling stock on completion of construction and before entry into service.IEC 61377:2016 mainly specifies the method of the combined test performed on a ground test bench for traction systems,except for those powered by an energy storage system.IEC 61133:2016 mainly specifies the test method for rolling stock,without covering the detailed test method for the rolling stock powered by an energy storage system.The deficiencies mentioned above are supplemented by IEC 62864-1:2016,which specifies the hybrid power system configuration,as well as the items and methods of the tests performed on a ground combined test bench and rolling stock.This paper contained a detailed analysis covering the system power supply configuration,environmental conditions,functions,system requirements and test items specified in IEC 62864-1:2016,so as to provide a guidance for the implementation of the IEC standards and the formulation of China’s national standards.
