基于DTM模型的国内外话语权研究主题挖掘及比较分析

Topic Mining and Comparative Analysis of Discourse Power Research in China and Overseas Based on DTM Model

[目的/意义]分析国内外话语权研究现状,掌握其热点主题及演化趋势,对于破解中国话语困境,推动国内话语权研究的创新发展具有重要参考意义。[方法/过程]选取1990—2022年间国内外话语权相关研究文献,采用DTM动态主题模型对其进行主题挖掘,并从热点主题识别与分析、主题强度演化趋势及主题关键词演化路径三方面对比分析国内外话语权研究的现状及差异。[结果/结论]国内外话语权研究在热点主题、研究方法、主题强度及主题演化趋势等方面均存在较大差异:(1)在热点主题的研究方法上,国内研究更注重开展思辨研究,而国外研究更倾向于采用定量研究方法开展实证研究;(2)在主题强度演化趋势上,国内研究的主题强度变化波动较大,而国外研究的研究主题则具有较强的传承性和递进性;(3)在热点主题的识别和主题关键词演化路径上,国内研究的热点主题多于国外,且国内外同一研究主题处于不同发展阶段时的研究重心存在显著差异,与时代背景密切相关。

[Purpose/significance]Analyzing the research status of discourse power in China and overseas and grasping its hot topics and evolution trends are of great reference significance for solving the dilemma of Chinese discourse and promoting the innovative development of domestic discourse power research.[Method/process]This paper selects all domestic and foreign research literatures related to discourse power from 1990 to 2022,uses Dynamic Topic Model(DTM)to mine the topics,and compares and analyzes the current situation and differences of discourse power research in China and overseas from three aspects:hot topic identification and analysis,topic intensity evolution trend and topic keyword evolution path.[Result/conclusion]The results show that there are great differences in hot topics,research methods,theme intensity and theme evolution trend between domestic and foreign research on discourse power.(1)In the research methods of hot topics,domestic research pays more attention to speculative research,while foreign research tends to use quantitative research methods to carry out empirical research.(2)In the evolutionary trend of theme intensity,the theme intensity of domestic research fluctuates greatly,while the research theme of foreign research has strong inheritance and progressiveness.(3)In the identification of hot topics and the evolutionary path of topic keywords,the hot topics of domestic research are more than those of foreign research,and there are significant differences in the research focus of the same research topic at different stages of development,which is closely related to the background of the times.
