摘要
[目的/意义]准确发现技术机会,对于企业抢占市场先机、降低研发投资风险、获取竞争优势具有积极的意义。[方法/过程]首先,从多源Web产品评论数据入手,在功能、情感分类的基础上,抽取产品功能关键词并创建需求度指标,融合专利数据构建产品功能—技术主题映射关系,确定技术创新领域;其次,将IPC大组作为基础知识单元,构建技术创新领域的知识网络,并引入Dijkstra最短路径算法挖掘潜在知识组合,创建集成多维指标的技术机会指数评价知识组合的可行性,进而发现技术机会;最后,以智能手机领域为例进行实证。[结果/结论]融合市场需求和知识组合可行性的技术机会发现方法能够在保障技术具有实际应用价值的同时提高准确性,为企业技术研发提供决策支持。
[Purpose/significance]Accurately discovering technology opportunities is of positive significance for enterprises to seize market opportunities,reduce R&D investment risks and obtain competitive advantages.[Method/process]Firstly,starting with the multi-source web product comments data,based on the classification of function and emotion,the product functional keywords are extracted and the requirement degree index is created.The product function-technology topic mapping relationship is constructed by integrating the patent data,and the fields of technological innovation are determined.Secondly,taking the IPC groups as the basic knowledge units,the knowledge network in the field of technological innovation is constructed,the Dijkstra shortest path algorithm is introduced to mine the potential knowledge combinations,and a technology opportunity index integrating multi-dimensional indicators is created to evaluate the feasibility of knowledge combination,and discover technology opportunities.Finally,an empirical study is carried out in the field of smart phones.[Result/conclusion]The technology opportunity discovery method that integrates the market requirement and the feasibility of knowledge combination,can not only ensure the practical application value of technology,but also improve the accuracy of technology opportunities,and provide decision support for enterprise product technology R&D.
