摘要
目前,煤矿企业重大设备管理相对落后,存在设备上云难、数据分析能力弱、智能化程度不高等问题,本文提出将工业云平台应用煤矿重大设备管理,形成煤矿重大设备管理云平台,提出了其总体设计架构,并对重大设备感知数据接入以及重大设备全生命周期管理的实现进行探讨。该平台能够帮助煤矿企业实现重大设备的精准管理,保障设备长期、安全、稳定、高效的运行。
At present,the management of major equipment in coal mining enterprises is relatively backward,and there are some problems such as difficulty in getting equipment into the cloud,weak data analysis ability and low degree of intelligence.This paper proposes to apply the industrial cloud platform to the management of major equipment in coal mines to form a cloud platform for major equipment management in coal mines,puts forward its overall design architecture,and discusses the realization of the perceived data access of major equipment and the full life cycle management of major equipment.The platform can help coal mining enterprises achieve accurate management of major equipment and ensure long-term,safe,stable and efficient operation of equipment.
