一种压力开关校准装置的研发

摘要 核电站反应堆上部组件顶盖接管法兰密封监测压力开关校准为核电站大修次关键路径,使用传统的校准方法不仅耗费了较多的人力资源,且人员读出的压力开关动作压力值和实际值偏差较大;当前市场上没有一种现成的多功能自动化程度高的校准设备,为提高现场检测能力和效率,本文研制一种压力开关校准装置。实验证明,本装置能满足多路压力开关校准需求,而且可以极大节省校准时间,为核电站增益创收做出一定贡献。 During the outage of the nuclear power plant,the calibration of the head pipes flange tightness pressure switch of reactor upper components is an important work.The traditional calibration method not only consumes a lot of manpower,but also has a large deviation between the manual reading and the actual value.There are currently no multifunctional and highly automated calibration equipment available on the market for this problem.Therefore,in order to improve the field detection ability and efficiency,a pressure switch calibration device was developed.Experiments have proved that the device can meet the multi-channel pressure switch calibration requirements,and can greatly save the calibration time,making a certain contribution to the gain and income of the nuclear power plant.
