基于Android的警务宣传系统设计与实现

Design and Realization of Android-based Police Publicity System

为加快推进“互联网+公安”的新型智能警务模式,促进公安部门宣传工作的高效开展,加大对社会舆情的预防、研判,本文设计并实现了基于Android操作系统的警务宣传系统。系统主要分为Android终端、后台管理系统、相关硬件模块,采用集成电路卡(Integrated Circuit,IC)卡验证登录、Netty通信、串口通信等技术实现人员身份验证、警务宣传信息的录入、存储、显示以及播放等功能。本文首先介绍了系统总体架构设计,然后分模块进行阐述,最后对实现系统的关键技术进行着重介绍。

In order to speed up the new intelligent policing mode of“Internet+public security”,promote the efficient development of public security department propaganda work,and increase the prevention and research of social opinion,this paper designs and implements a police propaganda system based on Android operating system.The system is mainly divided into Android terminal,background management system and related hardware modules,using integrated circuit card(IC)authentication login,Netty communication,serial communication and other technologies to achieve personnel identity verification,police propaganda information entry,storage,display and playback functions.This paper first introduces the overall architecture design of the system,then elaborates it by module,and finally highlights the key technologies to realize the system.
