办公自动化(OfficeAutomation,OA)平台是基于现代化技术出现的一种线上管理系统,主要依托计算机信息管理技术和档案管理理论实现。随着时代发展,智能化和自动化管控成为发展重点,因此医院积极顺应时代趋势推进了智能系统建设。基于医院的特殊性医院档案管理是一项重点任务。文章基于OA平台探究医院综合档案管理信息系统设计思路和实现路径,以期助力我国医院综合档案管理系统的建设。

Office Automation(OA) platform is an online management system based on modern technology, and the main function is to rely on computer information management technology and file management theory to provide support. In recent years, with the development of the times, intelligent and automatic control has become the focus of development, and hospitals have also actively followed the trend of the times to promote the construction of intelligent systems, based on the particularity of hospitals, hospital file management is a key task.Based on the OA platform, this paper explores the design ideas and implementation paths of hospital integrated file management information system, hoping that this paper can help the construction of comprehensive system in Chinese hospitals.
