民用飞机液压电控单元设计与实现

摘要 民用飞机液压系统是重要的二次能源系统,实际运行环境相对复杂,对飞行安全影响大,可靠性要求也随之增加。从总体系统架构设计方案出发,依据主控/监控架构详细描述了软硬件设计方案、机内测试(Built-In Test,BIT)设计以及故障综合设计。民用飞机液压电控单元对有效提升民用飞机液压控制具有重大意义,该控制单元已应用到国产大型水陆两栖飞机上。 The hydraulic system of civil aircraft is an important secondary energy system.The actual operating environment is relatively complex,which has a great impact on flight safety,so the requirements for reliability also increase.Starting from the system architecture design,according to the control/monitor architecture,the paper describes the software and hardware design scheme,Built-In Test(BIT)design and fault comprehensive design in detail.The hydraulic electronic control unit of civil aircraft is of great significance to effectively improve the hydraulic control and development of civil aircraft.The control unit has been applied to the large domestic amphibian aircraft and successfully achieved its first flight.
