Practical Approaches of Enhancing the Organizational Power of the Basic Party Branch in Colleges and Universities

组织力是中国共产党的基层组织生命力的具体体现,也是党在基层执政能力、执政水平的关键所在。阐释党的组织力建设的重要意义,分析存在的问题,从提升政治领导力、强化思想引领力、提高群众凝聚力、增强发展推动力四个方面提出了增强高校基层党支部组织力的对策和实践路径。

Organizational power is the embodiment of the vitality of the basic organizations of the Communist Party of China, and it is also the key to the party’s governing ability and level. This paper explains the important significance of the party’s organizational capacity construction and analyzes the existing problems. It puts forward the countermeasures and practical paths to enhance the organizational power of basic party branches in colleges and universities from four aspects: promoting political leadership, strengthening ideological guidance, improving the mass cohesion and enhancing the driving force of development.
