500kV直流输电线路直线塔无人机巡检安全距离仿真与试验研究

Simulation and Experimental Study on Safety Distance Inspection of 500kV DC Transmission Line linear Tower UAV

无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle,UAV)巡视是架空输电线路日常运营和维修的重要途径。无人机巡检系统的核心部件由电子元件组成,复杂的电磁环境对操控无人机及其通信性能有很大影响。基于我国无人机巡检安全技术,构建500kV直流输电线路直线塔巡检的电磁场模拟模型,分析不同巡检距离下的电磁场,得出直流电磁场对巡检系统的影响范围及程度。分析500kV直流输电线路直线塔无人机巡检安全距离的仿真实验平台,得出500kV直流输电线路直线塔无人机巡检作业最小安全距离为3 m(输送电流为3kA时),然后结合电流信息校正距离,可为500kV输电线路上的微型多旋翼无人机巡检工作提供技术支持。

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)patrol is an important method for daily operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines.The core components of UAV inspection system are mainly composed of electronic components,and data communication is based on data communication.Therefore,in practical operation,the complex electromagnetic environment has a great impact on its control and communication performance,especially on the inspection of direct current transmission lines.Based on this,aiming at the safety technology of UAV inspection in China,the electromagnetic field simulation model of line tower inspection of 500kV direct current transmission line is constructed,and the electromagnetic field near the line under different inspection distances is analyzed,and the influence range and degree of dc electromagnetic field on the inspection system is obtained.In this paper,the simulation experiment platform of the inspection safety distance of UAV in linear tower of 500kV direct current transmission line is analyzed,and the minimum safety distance of inspection operation of UAV in linear tower of 500kV direct current transmission line is 3 m(when the transmission current is 3 kA),and the distance correction is carried out combining with the current.It provides technical support for the inspection work of mini multi-rotor UAV on 500kV transmission line.
