摘要
为解决由于风电机组控制系统落后、老旧所引起的高频脱网事故和安全隐患风险,满足电场稳定运行的需求,对内蒙古某风电场电气控制系统的主控可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)、电量采集模块、安全链扭缆保护、通信网络、人机界面以及风场数据采集与监视控制系统(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)进行了一系列技术改造。优化实现了有功功率调节、无功功率调节、数据信息上传、数据高分辨率采集与存储、风电场冗余环网通信、故障预警等功能。结果显示,改造后风机运行稳定性显著提升,中高风速段内机组发电量提升超2.5%,电场每年增长的发电量超800万kW·h,满足了电网调度要求,保证了电场及电网的安全稳定运行。
In order to solve the risk of high-frequency off-grid accidents and safety hazards caused by the backwardness and old control system of wind turbines,and to meet the needs of stable operation of the electric field,a series of technical transformations have been carried out on the main control Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),power acquisition module,safety chain twist cable protection,communication network,man-machine interface and wind farm Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA)of the electrical control system of a wind farm in Inner Mongolia.It optimizes the functions of active power regulation,reactive power regulation,data information uploading,high-resolution data collection and storage,redundant ring network communication of wind farms,and fault warning.The results show that the operation stability of the fan has been significantly improved after the transformation,and the power generation of the unit in the medium and high wind speed section has increased by more than 2.5%.The electric field generates 8 million kW·h more power per year than in previous years,which meets the requirements of power grid dispatching and ensures the safe and stable operation of the electric field and power grid.
