摘要
介绍一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)的三相异步电机变频调速系统架构的设计方案,此设计主要分为硬件设计和软件设计2部分内容。硬件设计包括PLC选择、驱动系统设计等;软件设计包括驱动系统参数配置、硬件组态设计、PLC程序设计。在提出系统架构设计后,为验证系统的可行性和应用价值,将系统应用于工程实践,确认系统架构设计可满足预期要求。
This article will introduce a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)based three-phase induction motor frequency conversion speed control system architecture design,this design is mainly divided into hardware design and software design of two parts.The hardware design includes PLC selection,drive system design,etc,and the software design includes drive system parameter configuration,hardware configuration design and PLC program design.In order to verify the feasibility and application value of the system,the system is applied to engineering practice,and the system architecture design can meet the expected requirements.
