Analysis on Planning and Design of Mountainous Cities Based on Low Carbon Concept

基于低碳理念的基本概述,对低碳理念应用于山地城市规划的意义展开论述,同时详细分析了基于低碳理念的山地城市规划与设计方法,借此通过改变城市布局设计、交通系统设计、规划设计等方式,落实低碳理念并在山地城市建设中实现节能减排的基本目标。通过研究可知,山地城市需要充分利用自身山地资源,因地制宜地践行低碳理念,使绿色、低排放、环保等理念渗透在城市整体规划方案内。

Based on the basic overview of the low-carbon concept,this paper discusses the significance of the application of the low-carbon concept to the planning of mountain cities,and analyzes in detail the planning and design methods of mountain cities based on the low-carbon concept,so as to implement the low-carbon concept and achieve the basic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction of mountain cities by changing the urban layout design,transportation system design,planning and design,etc.Through this study,it can be seen that mountain cities need to make full use of their own mountain resources,practice the low-carbon concept according to local conditions,make the concepts of green,low emission and environmental protection permeate into the overall urban planning scheme.
