摘要
采用粤建科MQMC建筑幕墙门窗热工性能计算软件,模拟立柱断热型材隔热条由PVC更换为尼龙66隔热条,玻璃由单银LOW-E更换为双银LOW-E,玻璃与铝合金边框间填充隔热物质,分析计算得出传热系数U值有了明显的改善,满足节能要求。
The thermal performance calculation software of Yuejianke MQMC building curtain wall doors and windows was used to simulate the replacement of heat insulation strips of column thermal break profiles from PVC to nylon 66 heat insulation strips,glass replacement from single silver LOW-E to double silver LOW-E.The glass is filled with heat-insulating substance between the glass and the aluminum frame.And the analysis and calculations show that the heat transfer coefficient U value has improved significantly to meet the energy saving requirements.
