地埋式净水厂建设是破解传统污水处理设施“邻避效应”的有效模式,是一条城市环保、城市景观和城市更新等多功能融合的新型水生态基础设施的创新之路。论文从城市化背景中污水处理设施发展历程着手,逐步分析地埋式净水厂的建设特性、上盖空间利用的要求和特征,充分挖掘土地混合功能利用的机遇和限制,提出未来地埋式净水厂用地综合开发的产业方向。

The construction of underground water sewage plants is an effective mode to crack the"NIMBY effect"of traditional sewage treatment facilities,and it is an innovative way to the new water ecological infrastructure with the integration of urban environmental protection,urban landscape and urban renewal.This paper starts with the development process of sewage treatment facilities in the background of urbanization,gradually analyzes the construction characteristics of underground water purification plants and the restrictions and characteristics of on-ground space utilization,fully explores the opportunities and restrictions of land mixed-use,finally presents the future direction of the comprehensive land development of underground water sewage plants in possibility.
