从设计、采购、施工组织方面对东南亚地区风电项目的特点进行了详细阐述,并从强化勘察与设计管理,细化分包招标管理,加强采购与物流管理,以及优化施工组织管理等方面,重点对EPC模式下的项目管理进行了讨论研究,并给出了具有参考性、可行性的管理建议与措施。

This paper expounds the characteristics of wind power projects in Southeast Asia in detail in terms of design,procurement and construction organization,and focuses on the discussion and research of project management under EPC mode from the aspect about strengthens survey and design management,refines subcontract bidding management,strengthens procurement and logistics management,and optimizes construction organization management.And this paper gives some reference and feasible management suggestions and measures.
