摘要
作为LNG站的标配设备,大型LNG储罐的运行质量直接影响着LNG站的运行效率。论文结合大型LNG储罐的整体结构,对计算大型LNG储罐罐壁热流量的方法展开分析,同时详细研究了大型LNG储罐罐壁隔热层的保冷性能,提出了优化储罐罐壁保冷性能的具体对策,包括重视LNG储罐罐壁表面温度、保冷损失量的控制,及时完善储罐罐壁保冷施工技术方案,做好储罐罐壁隔热层整体设计与储罐罐壁保冷施工措施等。
As the standard equipment of LNG station,the operation quality of large LNG storage tank directly affects the operation efficiency of LNG station.Combined with the overall structure of large-scale LNG storage tank,the paper analyzes the method of calculating the heat flow of large-scale LNG storage tank wall,studies the cold insulation performance of large-scale LNG storage tank wall in detail,and puts forward specific countermeasures to optimize the cold insulation performance of storage tank wall,including paying attention to the control of the surface temperature of the LNG tank wall and the amount of cooling loss,timely improving the construction technology scheme of the tank wall cooling protection,and doing a good job in the overall design of the insulation layer of the tank wall and the construction measures of the tank wall cooling protection.
