摘要
公共建筑在温度调节方面的能源消耗、成本支出都比较突出,如果在高密度的公共建筑区域采用集中供冷系统,不但能集约用地、节约电能,而且可以避免重复投资建设,在经济效益、社会效益、环保效益上均能获得不错的回报。论文针对公共建筑集中供冷外管网的施工技术进行研究,以实际工程案例为抓手,从材料控制、测量放线、管沟开挖、管道敷设、管沟回填、试压、冲洗等方面出发提高技术应用的规范性,保证最终的施工效果符合预期要求。
Energy consumption and cost expenditure in terms of temperature regulation of public buildings are relatively prominent.If a central cooling system is used in high-density public building areas,not only can intensively use land,save electricity,but also avoid repeated investment in construction,and can obtain good returns in economic,social and environmental benefits.The thesis will study the construction technology of the external pipe network for central cooling in public buildings,taking practical engineering cases as the starting point,improve the standardization of technical application from the aspects of material control,measurement and lay-out,pipe trench excavation,pipe laying,pipe trench backfilling,pressure testing,flushing,etc.,so as to ensure that the final construction effect can meet the expected requirements.
