探讨房屋建筑工程发生渗漏的原因及防治

Discussion on the Causes and Prevention of Leakage in Housing Construction Projects

房屋渗漏除了影响房屋质量、耐久性等,还会影响房屋结构的稳定性。论文结合房屋建筑项目实际,对房屋建筑项目发生渗漏问题的原因进行了分析,从混凝土渗漏、外墙渗漏、外墙门窗渗漏等方面提出了行之有效的防治方法及措施,解决了房屋建筑项目渗漏问题,实现了房屋工程渗漏的防治。

Housing leakage not only affects the quality and durability of houses,but also affects the structural stability of houses.Combined with the reality of housing construction projects,this paper analyzes the causes of leakage problems in housing construction projects,and puts forward effective prevention methods and measures from the aspects of concrete leakage,external wall leakage,external wall door and window leakage,etc.,which solves the leakage problems in housing construction projects and realizes the prevention and control of housing engineering leakage.
