摘要
质子医院防辐射措施采用了超大尺寸钢板墙,其尺寸大,厚度厚,安装时保证钢板墙轴线位置、防止倾覆等施工工艺困难。论文针对防辐射钢板墙施工重难点,对其进行合理分段,科学地设计吊装耳板的位置,采用L形扶壁柱稳固钢板墙措施将钢板墙通过锚栓与扶壁柱连接,采用门式框架结构防止钢板墙倾覆等,最终施工效果良好,确保了施工时的结构安全。
The anti-radiation measure of proton hospital adopts super-large steel plate wall,which has large size and thick thickness.It is difficult to ensure the axis position of steel plate wall and prevent overturning during installation.In view of the important and difficult points in the construction of the radiation-proof steel plate wall,the paper makes reasonable sections,scientifically designs the position of the hoisting ear plate,adopts the measures of L-shaped buttress wall to connect the steel plate wall with the buttress wall through the anchor bolt,and adopts the portal frame structure to prevent the steel plate wall from overturning,etc..Finally,the construction effect is good,the structure of the construction safety is ensured.
