摘要
深圳市质子肿瘤治疗中心项目中,因质子治疗系统设备的特殊性,以超大尺寸混凝土作为防辐射材料,要求混凝土成型质量高、无贯穿裂缝。论文以此为例,为了克服这一难点,系统地分析超大尺寸防辐射混凝土从原材料选择、配合比设计到浇筑养护成型等整个过程中的控制方法,最终实施效果良好。
In the project of Shenzhen Proton Tumor Treatment Center,due to the particularity of the proton therapy system equipment,o versized concrete is used as the radiation proof material,and the concrete is required to have high forming quality and no penetrating cracks.Taking this as an example,in order to overcome this difficulty,this paper systematically analyzes the control methods in the whole process of oversized radiation proof concrete from raw material selection,mix ratio design to pouring,curing and forming,and the final implementation effect is good.
