This paper analyzes the common problems in the design of small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects.According to the construction requirements of small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects,this paper discusses in detail the effective countermeasures to improve the design quality of small and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects,and proposes that relevant personnel should clear design requirements,and do a good job in the quality management of design links based on the geological survey data of the project construction area.
