This paper analyzes the problems of highway engineering investment control from many aspects,and puts forward effective control methods and measures,such as setting up cost concept correctly,carrying out real-time management of highway engineering,implementing quota design,etc.,summarizes the main work that should be carried out in the decision-making stage,design stage,construction preparation stage and construction stage.
