摘要
制备了氧化石墨烯载体,通过溶剂热法在氧化石墨烯上负载了不同含量的硫化锌(15-50 wt.%),获得了系列的ZnS/RGO复合催化剂,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光光谱(PL)等技术对催化剂的形貌结构,电子结构,晶相等性质进行了分析。以甲基橙为目标降解物在紫外光下研究了各催化剂的催化性能,硫化锌复合还原氧化石墨烯后其光催化活性有所提高,其中负载25%RGO的复合催化剂光催化降解甲基橙的性能最佳,其最佳的性能与石墨烯含量密切相关联。
A series of ZnS/RGO composite catalysts with different contents of zinc sulfide(15-50 wt%)were synthesized by solvothermal method.These catalysts were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS),FT-IR,SEM and PL to analyze the morphology,electronic structure and phase structure.The photocatalytic activity of the as-synthesized catalysts was evaluated under UV light with methyl orange as the degradation target.Our studies indicate that the addition of RGO could enhance the catalytic performance,and 25%ZnS RGO exhibits the highest catalytic performance.The superior catalytic performances over 25%ZnS RGO are associated with theGraphene content.
