新型智能原油含水在线检测装置的研究与现场应用

摘要 原油含水率能够反映出一口油井的生产状态,是分析储层生产动态的重要依据,也是调整注水工艺和生产计划的参考条件。根据含水率的变化对油井生产动态进行及时调整,从而延长油井开发寿命,实现提高油藏整体采收率的目的。从国内油田单井含水检测的实际需求以及油田的现场工况入手,结合物联网技术,笔者研发并设计出有较宽的测试范围及准确的测试结果,费用低廉且拥有含水率自动测量功能的智能检测系统。该系统在国内M油田Y采油厂开展现场试验,取得了较好的效果,仪器自动检测与人工取样室内化验结果间平均误差小于1.75%。此外,智能原油含水在线检测装置上线后,可为采油厂年节约取样及化验费用近500万,具备良好的推广和应用价值。 The water cut of crude oil can reflect the production status of an oil well, which is an important basis for analyzing the production performance of the reservoir and a reference condition for adjusting water injection technology and production plan. According to the change of water cut, the production performance of the oil well can be adjusted in time, to prolong the development life of the oil well and improve the overall oil recovery. Starting from the actual demand of single well water cut detection in domestic oil fields, combined with Internet technology, an intelligent detection system with a wide testing range, accurate testing results, low cost and automatic water cut measurement function has been developed and designed. The system has been tested in the Y oil production plant of M oilfield in China and has achieved good results. The average error between automatic detection and indoor sampling testing is less than 1.75%. In addition, the intelligent crude oil water cut online detection device can save nearly 5 million yuan in annual sampling and testing costs for the oil company, which has good promotion and application value.
