综采工作面预防煤层自燃发火技术研究与应用

摘要 针对山西永泰煤矿采空区煤炭自燃问题,从采煤工作面设计入手,通过合理确定采面可采走向长度、回采巷道合理布置;同时回采期间加强放顶煤管理,回撤后及时采用以灌浆为主、喷洒阻化剂辅助的方式防止煤炭自燃。现场应用表明:减少了采空区丢煤,提高了煤炭回采率,在防止采空区煤炭自燃方面取得了良好效果。 In view of the problem of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of Yongtai coal mine in Shanxi Province, starting with the design of the coal mining face, through the reasonable determination of the minable strike length of the mining face and the reasonable layout of the mining roadway;At the same time, the management of top coal caving shall be strengthened during the mining period. After the withdrawal, grouting and spraying inhibitor shall be used in time to prevent coal spontaneous combustion. The field application shows that it reduces the coal loss in the goaf,improves the coal recovery rate, and achieves good results in preventing the spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf.
