五阳热电厂NID半干法脱硫除尘一体化工艺应用

摘要 本文从投资成本、运行维护、环保投入、建设工期、建设场地方面进行了分析、对比,采用脱硫除尘一体化工艺对原脱硫、除尘系统进行了升级改造,改造后锅炉烟气含尘浓度<5 mg/Nm^(3),烟气含二氧化硫浓度<35mg/Nm^(3),(标态,干基,6%O2),可以满足国家超低排放要求。 After analyzing and comparing the investment cost, operation and maintenance, environmental protection investment, construction period and construction site, this paper uses the integrated process of desulfurization and dust removal to upgrade the original desulfurization and dust removal system. After the transformation, the dust concentration of boiler flue gas is less than 5 mg/Nm^(3), and the sulfur dioxide concentration of flue gas is less than 35 mg/Nm^(3)(standard state, dry base, 6 % O2), which can meet the national ultra-low emission requirements.
