摘要
排烟温度的变化对锅炉效率影响较大,本文针对某电厂3号锅炉运行过程中排烟温度始终存在排烟温度偏高的问题,从各方面进行了深入分析和研判,最终通过对降低一次风量、减少冷风用量等手段,使得排烟温度下降约10℃,锅炉经济性显著提高。
The variation of exhaust gas temperature has a great influence on the efficiency of the boiler. Aiming at the problem that the exhaust gas temperature of No.3 boiler in a power plant is always high in the operation process, this paper makes in-depth analysis and judgment from various aspects. Finally, by reducing the primary air volume and the amount of cold air, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced by about 10 ℃, and the economy of the boiler is significantly improved.
